• To Monitor and assist Private Institutions from Pre-Primary to College Level and “O” & “A”- Levels of Province of Sindh for improving quality education.

• To issue Registration / Renewal of Registration to Private Institutions from Montessori, Nursery, Primary, Middle, Secondary / Higher Secondary, “O” & “A”-Levels and Bachelor.

•To conduct inspection of Private Institutions through inspection committees constituted for the registration / renewal of registration.

• To bring un- registered institutions within the legal frame work.

• To make corrections in the Name & Date of Birth of students studying / studied in Private Schools.

• To redress the grievances of complainants / parents and staff of Private Schools.
